Hello experts,
I have a Silhouette Professional wine cooler (DWC053D1BSSPR) which stopped cooling a few weeks ago.
It has power and shows "Hi" Temperature.
I plugged it yesterday and it worked for a couple hours and then stopped cooling again.
I noticed that the compressor was working (vibration, heat) at the beginning and then stopped working (it is now cold and no vibration).
I also checked the relay (i saw that in a youtube video). The relay number is QP2-6R8 MD2 and I can't find it anywhere. it has been discontinued.
Any idea how I could fix my wine cooler? It is a very good model and I'd rather not buy a new one.

Very little service information is available for those product so we are basically going blind. If you want help from us here at the very least you will need to post a legible picture of the unit's wiring diagram.

In order to narrow the possible culprits it needs to known if power is getting to the compressor and relay when it should be running. That will isolate if the problem is at the compressor or elsewhere in the appliance.
