Got a 7 yr old Kenmore front loader. Noticed that anytime I ran a load with Oxy-clean, Calgon or Borax, I'd get a small amount of water leakage from under the back right corner for a couple days. Not much. maybe an 18th to a 1/4 of a cup at best. For a couple of years, I've just stuck a towel down and in a few days, it quits. This week, ran a load with Calgon/Borax and it's leaking again, maybe a little more than before and after several days, it's still leaking. I was wondering 1. is this common? 2. Are instructions for investigating available online?

Added correct model number

That model number is not pulling up as good, read it from the model number tag inside the door, it should start with 110.

What cycle are you running a load with Oxy-clean, Calgon or Borax?

Do you notice lots of suds in the tub when that happens?

That is the model# from inside the door. It pulls up the owners manual for me and a parts diagram is available.

I was wondering if I could find a Service manual.

It's not oversudsing. Normal cycle. no coding. just a little water on the floor from underneath the back right corner.

Take a photo of the model number tag with your smart phone and upload it here.

I own a Kenmore HE3t washer too and it does start with 110.

All HE3t models are made by Whirlpool.

Now I did find a 796.41072310 but that's not HE3t, that's made by LG for Kenmore, and I have no training on that model at all. Hopefully another tech can shed some light on this problem.

It is the LG built model. I probably had an HE3T before this one and got mixed up. It doesn't say on the front, but that model# is definitely 796.41072310
