• ** REMEMBER! **The microwave can still shock you even unplugged!!

ALWAYS discharge the high-voltage capacitor first if you even think your hands will come close to any HIGH VOLTAGE components.

Jeff mentions this: Anything in the high voltage ( magnetron, capacitor, diode, wires to and from ):
...Use a metal ( not the shiny chrome type ) screw driver with a insulated handle to short across ( touch both at the same time ) the terminals of the high voltage capacitor to discharge it.

We disassembled a Samsung SMH9151 microwave and am trying to figure out the wiring for the magnetron cooling fan (SMF-437UA3).

There are three wire connectors.
One is Line.
One is High speed.
One is Low speed.

How or can I tell which is which with a multi-meter?

Wiring digram?

.
Is there no wiring diagram in the microwave? It's frequently pasted onto the inside of the outer cover.

Usually the resistance between the high and low speed terminals would measure the highest resistance. The other terminal should be the common (what you're calling Line). I don't know what the resistances of the individual speed windings would be to tell them apart though.
