SN25L801EU Bosch/ Siemens E25 error code but strange

Hi everybody,

I got some trouble with my dishwasher, its a Siemens but is the same as a Bosch.
At first I had a E23 error code so I put in a new waistwater pump.
It ran half the program before a E25 error came up.
Thats the 'The pump is stuck' error.
But there is nothing in there that is blokking the impeller of the pump.
Now I got some water standing in the sump, after reset and re-start the pump gives 3 short bursts of little water and then stops and the E25 error comes up.
Anybody got any idea?
