I have two IPSO coinop machines that need service.

Both are what look to be speed queen designs; almost identical.

The first one makes a terrible noise when in spin cycle. It sounds like a helicopter and it is super loud. The motor and pump turn fine. The helix is ramping off the lower portion and making the noise. There is no spin. I can also turn the intter tub and agitator a few degrees. Is this trans fried?

The other machine is identical and it magically has a wash time of only 23 minutes but seems to run through the cycle. It is supposed to be 30 minutes. Is there a way to adjust this time in the IPSO control panel? I have no idea how to get in to any diagnostic or management mode.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks guys!

For the 1st Speed Queen its likely the upper or lower bearing has gone bad and sounding like a helicopter taking off, its best to replace both when one is bad, both use the same bearing part number:
Bearing,upper & Lowe 28944RP

For the 2nd Speed Queen, no you can't as far as I know.

I don't have the tech. data sheet to tell you how to get into the diagnostics for that model, sorry.
