My washer is making a loud banging noise as it starts the spin cycle
Almost like something is hitting the side of the cabinet. And it increases as the tub spins faster.

It’s not the drain pump
After cycle is complete
I can grab inner tub and move it slightly

It sounds like the drive belt is possibly got a bad/worn spot in it.

Here's the drive belt for your model:
Belt 38174


Also check the idler pulley the belt rides on to see if its wobbling on the metal idler arm shaft.

This video below gives you the general idea of how to access both, It says Amana, but its basically the same as Speed Queen.
