I have a 17 year old Thermador still in good condition. For several years it was harder to get the pilot on the range to light. The board was just changed to the universal because the oven would high up over 250 degrees and now the oven is working fine. Then now none of the ranges ignite. I had 2 tech look at the issue for the ignitor both side I need to replace the spark re-igniter BSH 00189010 but it's hard to get.
One tech tested the voltage output from each and it's getting current for each range. Is there something that needs replacing?
Is there any other option? Should I put back the old board and see if the re-igniter works? Is there a spark module for the range and grille?
