Could not find a ULline sub category so trying here.

Uline CLR60B won’t stop making ice.

I have replaced bin thermostat and still won’t stop making ice.

To install you install probe all the way to end(that is in ice maker)?

Or did I install incorrect ?

Ice thickness is not set to thick.

I installed bin thermostat probe all the way to end of bar that is inside ice maker.

Thoughts? Thank you

Sorry but I'm not familiar with these models.

The ice machine shut-off is controlled by the level of ice in the ice storage bin. When the bin is full, ice contacts the bin thermostat bulb holder, which senses the cool temperatures, then opens which stops the ice machine.

The ice machine remains off until enough ice has been removed from the bin or has melted that the ice cubes are no longer in contact with the bin thermostat bulb holder.

This causes the bin thermostat to warm and close, restarting the ice machine. When the ice machine restarts, it returns to the start-up sequence (steps 1, 2, and 3 above).

It's odd that the schematic shows the bin thermostat connected to the clean portion of the switch. I'm not sure what's going on with this one really.
