Jenn-Air self cleaning electric oven not self cleaning. Bottom element working, top broiler working, door locks in cleaning mode, time display signals 3 hr. cleaning cycle, display says "Clean", fan goes on - then no heating elements come on to self clean. Does anyone have a fix for this?

Thanks Jake for the info. I can't figure out how to enter the test mode since the oven is pretty basic (display for time, and two control knobs - selector and temperature. I tried shutting off the breaker and using the up/down arrows for the clock but it didn't work.

However, I did notice that after turning the selector knob to Clean and temperature knob to Clean - and locking the door - the "Lock" light goes off on the display (however - door is locked). If I turn down the temperature knob to 400 the lock light goes back on. So what I'm thinking is that if that "lock" light isn't on - it's somehow preventing the oven going into self cleaning mode even though the oven is locked. What are your thoughts and is there a fix for this.

It sounds like the clock/oven control board is the culprit then, but its no longer available.

Here's your parts diagram: Parts for Jenn-Air W2451W: Control Panel Parts
#4 is the clock/oven control board, and you can see most all the other parts have been discontinued as well.

I know, I looked on the web and could not find parts anywhere. Looks like I have to put in some elbow grease - self-cleaning turned into "myself cleaning"!
Thank you for sharing your expertise and knowledge, much appreciated!
