Good Morning,

I have a Jenn Air pro style wall oven and the broiler just came on while I was baking and won't shut off. It started beeping but could not shut it off. I shut it off at breaker but once I turn it on the broiler comes on by itself. Before I buy electronic control board could it be something else or is that a safe bet. The clock has been very dim for awhile but was working fine until the broiler issue. Thanks

That is likely a 'sticking' relay in the relay board. Unfortunately that part (# 71002595) is disconnected and NLA. If you want to fix the oven you'll have to find someone to repair the existing relay board or find a used one.

The clock has been very dim for awhile

That problem will be in the electronic control. It is a separate part if you also wanted to repair it at the same time.

IMO it might be time to go shopping for a new oven.
