FIXED WA456DRHDSU/AA Samsung Top Loader Washer will Not Drain and Spin

I have a Samsung Top Loader Washer, Model WA456DRHDSU/AA, that the pump bracket broke off on, it fell off; the hose came off of the
tub and of course water everywhere. I tie-wrapped the pump to try it out, but it didn't work, so I bought a new pump, including bracket.
I installed it, but still does not work. Please advise...

Where the wires damaged when the pump fell off?
You or anyone tested for power at the drain pump when the pump is supposed to be running?

I am only getting about 94 v on the pump wires. I hot-wired the old pump and it runs.

Loose wire or bad board then
Check at the board, poor or low voltage there would be more a board issue of some sort.

Bad Board-Purchased a board, installed and working like new....
I was hoping it wasn't the board, but I am happy to have it working.
