I have a GE washer that won't spin if we keep the "extra rinse" and "soak" options but if we run a basic load it will work fine. I ran the diagnostic and everything came back fine except the Recirc pump #11 test. What craziest part is when I took apart the top control area to test the recirc pump wire, there was no red wire like it shows in the service manual! So my washer doesn't have a recirc pump? Anyway, after fiddling some more with it I tested continuity of the mode shifter and it came back as "closed" when the home position is supposed to be open. So I'm wondering if I should just replace the mode shifter
