Hello.

This dishwasher suddenly won't start-up. I've tried disconnecting power for 20 min to no avail. Tried various reset sequences to no avail. Now my Control Lock button continuously flashes and I can't get it to stop.

A continually flashing indicator usually indicates that button is 'stuck'. In most cases the user interface (aka control keypad or whole control panel) would need to be replaced to correct that condition.

I don't know what was causing your original symptom, it might also be the control panel but until it is operational again further testing is impossible.
