Hello,

We have a Whirlpool WDT920SADM2 that we found recently leaking onto the floor.

I've replaced the door seal, bottom door seal, lower wash arm and still water is leaking through the bottom into the door, then onto the floor. I've taken the door panel off and observed the water coming into the bottom of the door 1 to 2 mins after starting a 1 hour wash cycle. I've turned it off and drained before it got worse.

i read through the other posts about the potential causes but after replacing all of those parts its still happening. any help would be appreciated

I've attached pictures to show where the water is coming into

Are you noticing a lot of suds in the tub when it leaks?

If not, then its likely the lower spray arm is the culprit. Another member had this same issue and his uses the exact same lower spray arm your model uses.

Here's his thread:

Here's the lower spray arm for your model you can order:

Keep us posted.

Wait, I saw you said you already the lower wash spray arm?

Then I'm puzzled as well why its still leaking, you will need to have Whirlpool Canada come out to investigate this further, they have a FACTORY HOTLINE PHONE NUMBER, and the FACTORY will tell them what repair should be made to fix it.
