My less than 3-year old Whirlpool dishwasher started leaking from the left side of front door. It was professionally installed. Gasket looks OK. The water spill appears directly below the left corner of the door. It looks like the leak happens towards the end of the wash cycle. When I insert my hand into the opening below the door (with panel removed), I can feel the insulation wet. Any advice how to troubleshoot the leak?

Hi,

The lower spray arm is usually what's causing this leak problem. Also make sure its not oversudsing, when its washing, just open the door and see how much suds are in the water, should be very little suds.

I confirm that replacing the lower spray arm fixed the leak although the old one looked in a good condition so I'm not sure what was going on.

Its usually a very small crack in the seam of that lower spray arm that you can't see, that caused it to leak out the door.
