Followed test 1 through step 9 which says reassemble and verify repair even though no repair made. Both voltage tests were positive for voltage at specified connectors. Turned unit on and appears to be functioning now. Some other threads state it will work a day or two and stop again requiring a CCU replacement. What say you?
Ok, its intermittent then, that's going to be hard to nail down till it stops working altogether. I'd first check your electrical wire harness cable that runs between the User Interface and the CCU, make sure its tight and no pins are backing out. Wire Harness W10837344
