I have clean all the hoses and drain hose and found a few things put it back together and still got nd so i change the pump and still get the code what am i missing could it be presser switch>?

Please recheck your model number, nothing pulls up for WF213ANB/XAA-01 the closest I come is WF218ANB/XAA-01

Condition: Will not drain

It could also be draining too slow, pull the drain hose up from your drain pipe and put it in drain and see how fast the water comes out, it should have a good strong flow out, not a weak stream or trickle.
