Hi,

Use a multimeter to check for 120 volts at the hot water inlet valve when its on the HOT water setting, if you get 120 volts and no HOT water is coming out, its bad.

Here's the hot water inlet valve for your model:
Water Inlet Valve DC62-30314K

There is a video in the part link to show you how to access it.

Hi Jake, i tested the inlet valve it gets power. If i select any of the RIGHT side functions of the dial (Normal, heavy duty, bedding, sanitize & allergen), the machine will turn off and flicker back on and flash the time remaining.

It doesn't even start the function selected. What could it be?

I'm not sure what could be the problem, Samsung machines are not popular in my area and I have never seen that problem before.

You may need to have Samsung come out about that issue.
