WFE515S0EB0 Whirlpool range seems inaccurate after infinite switch change

So when I looked at this range, originally the right front burner was on low regardless of knob setting. I got a infinite switch WP3149404. The old one was visibly burnt as well.

I put it in and now it does have a range of Temps, but it's more like super low to medium. At high the element is on about half the time.

I always thought the infinite switch solely controled the range of Temps, could the element or control cause this behavior as well?

That's the wrong burner switch.

Right Front burner switch is this one:
Element Switch-8" WP3149400


Right Rear and Left Rear burner switches use this one:
Infinite Switch WP3149404
