WFW72HEDW0 Whirlpool Washer F3E2 error.

First F3E2 error I have replaced the thermistor and checked the wiring, problem is intermittent. We always use cold water, But this fails on any setting.

Secondly how does this unit work for hot water? It does not use enough water to clear the standing cold water in the hot pipeline.
 
F3E2---> TEMPERATURE SYSTEM ERROR--->This error is displayed if the water temperature sensor value is out of range (14°F to 230°F [–10°C to 110°C]). Correct ohm reading should be 500-100K Ω.

I don't understand what you mean, if you always use COLD water?
