Washer displayed F21 error code. Can hear the pump running. Louder than normal. Cleaned out the trap. Coins, bobby pins, and couple of golf tees. Cleaned that out. Also snaked the entire drain tube. No clogs. I suck a penny out of there. Anyway, put all back together. The pump does run. However, I don't feel or hear water actually moving. The blades on the pump were all on, no physical damage. Feel resistance when trying to spin. It's it possible that the pump motor is spinning. But not moving the blades? How could you test that ? pull motor and wire 115Vac, to it?

So, its not draining the water at all from the tub?

Or it is draining and still throwing the F21?

Yes, that's exactly what you do, bench test it.

Also ohm the drain pump motor, it should be about 12 ohms, if its higher like 16 ohms, its definity bad.

Here's the drain pump for your model(Video Included):

Ok, then take the drain pump out and bench test it and get a flashlight to see if the little impeller in it is spinning.
