Hello Everyone.. I have a Whirlpool Front Load Washer WFW8500SR00. It has trouble spinning the drum. If I put a full load of laundry in it will not spin at all. If I put a small load in it works but sometimes when it tries to start spinning from a stop it stutters and makes a high pitched squeaking type noise.
I have tried a new belt but that didn't help. The drum itself spins freely and no bearing play. So that makes me think its the motor slipping? Is the motor serviceable at all? Or are there any sort of checks that I can do to confirm the motor is bad? Just don't want to order one and have the machine still not work properly.
With a heavy load where it wont spin the machine gives error code F25 Drive Motor Tachometer Error.
Here is a video of it. I can feel the motor struggling and not fully turning. (Skip to 30 secs)

Thanks for any help!!
