Bake and broil use the same element in my double oven. When you turn either one on bake, the element stays completely cold. But if you turn it on broil, the element works just fine. So it seems to me it's not the element that's bad?

I tested the elements, they tested fine. Temperature probe tested fine. Am I right in assuming this looks like it'll need a control board?

So actually the model number I used was the closest I could find online. I'm finding lots of numbers on my stove but none of them seem to be model numbers? w10537650, 8301982, W10164733, w10209616 revision A are all possible model numbers? I do have the service technician's paper from the back and that number is W10600805A.

Set the upper oven to bake and measure the voltage between P2-3 (YL) and P15-2 (BU) on the control board. If the voltage is 0V the control board is bad.

Keep in mind this is for the model number you gave me.
