Hi,

Your missing the last 2 digits of your model number. Read it from the model number tag please.

Then you will see a link that says: How to find a model number.

Here's the results I get:
WGG555S0BS00
WGG555S0BS01
WGG555S0BS04
WGG555S0BS06
WGG555S0BS07

Thanks, I'm attaching the tech. data sheet below. Get into the diagnostics and see what error code pulls up.

Here's the parts diagram for your model:

hi-so i looked up that part number and it doesn't look like my display.

i opened up the back and found this number: W10648865 on the board (see picture) does that makes sense. there's also a little green sticker on it that reads w10873165 but cant find any part that matches that #. W10877019 is out of stock everywhere

W10648865 crosses over to W10877019.:)

So W10877019 is the correct board. You'll just need to wait till it becomes in-stock again. I've been waiting a month for a normally stocked Samsung Ice Maker that I need for a local customer in my area.

Covid-19 has made some normally stocked parts hard to get right now.

Not that I know of Steve.

You'll just need to wait. I know waiting is the hardest part.
