WHD560CHW2 Maytag dryer, error code F3E4

Hi everyone,
Getting this error along with complaints of dryer shutting now mid-cycle, this is a heat pump dryer and is under a year old and has been a headache. the code F3E4 says its a compressor thermistor, wondering if that's the only thing or other possible issues?

Since its still under 1 year old its best to contact Maytag at 1-800-344-1274 to come out under warranty to fix it for free.

F3E4 Compressor Thermistor Open/Shorted.

Indicates that the compressor thermistor is open or shorted.
If the temperature drops below 18°F (–8°C) (> 50 kΩ), the compressor thermistor is open. If the temperature is above 250°F (121°C) (< 500 Ω), the compressor thermistor is shorted.
This may occur if the J14 connector is not plugged into the ACU.
