On these models the WASH MOTOR will run short cycles 4 or 5 times when it first starts, then after that it will run continually for a long time.
Sounds like your control board is bad--->You can verify 120 volts at the WASH MOTOR electrical connector to see if the problem is the control board not suppling constant 120 volts after that first 4 or 5 times.
