Whirlpool Dishwasher WDT750SZSS detergent not dissolving.

I got a whirlpool dishwasher model WDT750SZSS that developed some issues in the last month or so.

It does not dissolve the soap and dishes are left with some hazy residue. Dispenser doors opens couple minutes after the cycle starts.

I have a very soft water however I never had issues before. I made sure nothing is obstructing dispenser and the spray bars are not clogged.

What are the usual troubleshooting steps?

I read couple previous posts and go thru the diagnostic mode. There were no codes stored. Diagnostic took only 15 minutes tho.

After couple diagnostic cycles i found that the spray bars are not rotating. I fiddled with the circulation pump a bit in order to measure the voltage. However pump seemed to run fine.

Looks like I got a case of intermittent circulation pump. It works for now but, if it continue to give me issues ill replace it.
