Whirlpool front load WFW5620HW0 makes clicking sounds when turned on

My whirlpool front load WFW5620HW0 starts making clicking sounds after pressing the start button. The washer doesn't show the lock on the screen and doesn't spin. The time seems to run but it doesn't spin to at the beginning like it did. I ran the diagnostics and during the manual run at the spin mode it drained the water but didn't spin and turned off. The clicking sound is coming from the control panel box. Machine is only 3 years old. Does the control box needs to be replaced? Or is there something else I need to look out for.
