The inner tub is slightly rubbing on the outer tub at the bottom. Bearings seem to be good, runs silently, only the rubbing. Could this be shock absorbers, bearings? Thanks!

Hi, its either the SS Basket(Inner Tub) spider arm that has cracked or broken, or the Rear Outer Tub Bearing that is bad. You'd need to remove the SS Basket(Inner Tub) to see which is the case.

Tub-Outer(Rear)
Part Number: W10772618

SS Basket(Inner Tub)
Part Number: WPW10269756

Tub Gasket
Part Number: WP8181673

There is a HOW TO video in the Tub Gasket part that shows you how to remove and replace all those parts.

Unfortunately, the SS Basket(Inner Tub) is No Longer Available.
