First off, I'm not exactly sure of the age of our Whirlpool model ER2CHMXPQ04 refrigerator - the date code says 05-08. I assume that's May 2008, but I suppose it could also be August of 2005.

Our ice maker recently started leaking. I have attached two pictures which show where the drip comes from. It seems like when the ice dumps and water comes in to make more ice is when it drips, but I just now moved the arm up to see what happens overnight. An icicle forms from the drip from the ice maker down into the ice bucket.

I'll update on what happens overnight with the arm up, not making ice.

Hi,

Kinda looks like the ice maker may be over filling and has leaked into the head part....which is dripping below.
New ice maker and check the water fills.

The correct fill is approx 130 to 150 cc ( 4.5 to 5.0 oz ).
