Hello my ice maker stopped making ice, it had been working fine.
I have tried some troubleshooting
  • When I run Service Diagnostics on front of unit touch screen, step 18 Ice maker Fill Test result = Ice Maker FILL OFF
    • I do not know how to turn it on
    • the black Test Button on the ice maker does not seem to do anything
  • measured between N and L test ports and have proper voltage
  • have jumpered between T and H and nothing happens except I can feel it getting warm, but no movement of motor, no fill, etc
  • water fill for cups works well, plenty of water
  • have checked the water valve with a cheater cable and I hear the valve operate
    • however no water moves
    • even when I do the side for the water for the door which works well no water comes out but I hear the solenoid
    • I ordered a new water valve and it did not change the symptoms and works the same as stated above
  • Also, I know my water line is not blocked, I can blow through it
  • Other Service Diagnostics prove the optics are working for the ice bucket and fill are installed and not blocked

That's the test switch, it should of started to cycle and fill with water, since it didn't that means your ice maker itself is the culprit.

Here's the ice maker for your model you can order:
