FIXED Whirlpool refrigerator model ED5FVGXWS01 no power to compressor or evaporate fan?

Whirlpool side by side model# ED5FVGXWS01. Compressor and evaporate fan are not running when plugin the power cord. I checked the wire connectors and there is NO power come in to the condenser fan or condenser connectors at all. There is power inside the refrigerator (light turn on). What is most likely the issue here? Thank you!

Then it sounds like the temperature control thermostat went out on you.

You can unplug the refrigerator from the wall outlet and ohm test your temperature control thermostat while its SET to ON, and see if you get continuity with your multimeter.

What is most likely the issue here?

If the none of the fans or compressor are running but the refrigerator is a warm temperature there are 2 possibilities. 1. The thermostat is not turning on the refrigerator cooking system. 2. the defrost control is either in defrost mode (that could last 30 min.) or the defrost control may be defective.

Looking at the Defrost Control Board in the attachment, Could someone please help me identify which wires are the power source coming into the board and which wires are come out to the compressor/compressor fan?

and any way to test with a digital multimeter to make sure if the board is bad?

Did you already ohm test the temperature control thermostat? If not, do that first.

To answer your question, on the defrost control board--->P2 Pin 4 which is the RED wire goes to the condenser motor, compressor, evaporator fan motor.

Power coming into the board is P6 which is the BLACK wire and P4 WHITE wire.

I'm attaching your wiring diagram below.

If your temperature control thermostat ohms good, and you are getting 120 volts into the board and nothing out, then that board is bad.
