I have recently found freezer not frozen....most food soft...removed all and tried to clean..no frost buildup...both fans running ...compressor seems working.....I cleaned all dust I could...fridge is unplugged currently ...I am not sure, but fridge may have been a bit off also..?

Thank you....as you stated.....i have verified today...there is a leak or blockade somewhere...and is a guessing game what part or all is needed t9 fix...and still no guarantee...off to store to find a replacement
