I have found the start relay part I need for my refrigerator, my old part is #22113105:

But it looks different than what I have now, such as it is with a 21 year old fridge. I am assuming that the kit will tell me how to make the replacement parts work with my configuration? Struggling to pop down $100 without knowing for sure.

Also, after taking the part off to test it (the shake test) and putting it all back together so I can plug the fridge back in, the fridge is currently running cold again. I am assuming it will not last?

I have no idea what your problem was nor the cause. I could not say whether it will continue to work or not. Sorry.

Thank you, Dan, for the replacement parts guide. I was able to find the answer to my question in a video that showed my current start relay being replaced with parts similar to the ones in the link above.
