Please tell me that the jazz board program code is indicated In more locations other than on the model/serial no. tag located inside the fridge cabinet. I have a WRF535SWHZ02 whirlpool fridge/freezer and need to have the jazz board replaced. The tag inside the door has curled and fallen off and I have no idea where it is. Can anyone tell me if it is also indicated within the control board housing? Nobody will replace it without that code. Whirlpool was no help, Lowes was no help, can’t talk to a technician anywhere that knows for sure. I may just have to pull off that housing myself to find out.

I have never seen it anywhere else except on the model/serial tag.....sorry
Maybe someone wrote it on the use and care manual??

STUPID ME, being tall and looking in all the places whirlpool literature said it was (UPPER LEFT OR RIGHT WALL, OR CRISPER LID) I totally missed it being on the CEILING!!!

Hey Paul and Jeff .... I have the exact same fridge and want to change the control board but someone removed that sticker ..... Are the program codes the same for that model and if so do you mind sharing yours?

As mentioned before, the programming code is "12"
