My fridge is a Whirlpool Matrix WRT148FZDW00. The control board failed. On ebay I found a used Amana control board which the seller assured me is a compatible replacement. It was described as WPW10643378 - which is the correct board for my fridge.

I bought it and it turns out this Amana board uses pin connections for the wire harness, vs. blade-type connections for the original Whirlpool control board. It seems the part number in the ad was incorrect (?) because when I google WPW10643378, all results show a control board like my Whirlpool one, with blade connections.

Suffice to say, the wire harness from my fridge is unable to plug into the Amana replacement board with pin connections. The spacing of the pins/blades seems the same.

Is there any adapter available?
