Hi, you've checked ALL the LED lights in both the freezer and refrigerator sections to make sure NONE are completely out?
If ONE is out, it will cause this issue you're having now. You can check for 14 Volts DC at the electrical connector that goes to the LED light that is completely out with the door open. Just remove the LED light, then remove the electrical connector that connects to it, then use a
multimeter set on DC Volts and see if the meter says 14 volts DC when you put each meter probe in each electrical connector terminal.
If NONE are completely out follow these instructions below.

That board is located in the back of the refrigerator on the back exterior wall. Pull the refrigerator out from the wall, then Unplug the refrigerator, then you will see a cover over it, just remove that cover.

Then plug the refrigerator back in and open the refrigerator door, then on the LED light board--->Volt test between P1 Pin 3(yellow wire) and P1 Pin 4(black wire) and tell me how many volts you get.
