Normal sized load when starting spin cycle beats and slams sometimes pretty violently. Any wet heavier items it will do this. Hasnt done it in the past couple years just started doing it the last few months. Any help with a direction to start would be greatly appreciated.

If you can make a video of your washer doing that, it would help us to determine what's causing it.

You can upload the video here or you can upload the video to Youtube and post the Youtube link here. Or share your video per Google Drive, Dropbox, or Microsoft OneDrive and post the share link here.

seems suspension is sagging to the left side of the machine. rubber pads on the sides are damaged but not on the rear.

Got it!

You will need the OEM suspension rod springs kit to fix it.

Here's the OEM suspension rod springs kit for your model you can order:
W11130362 Suspension spring kit

Don't order from amazon or ebay as those are NOT OEM.

Look here:

Sounds good CJ, yes keep us posted.

Jake

That's very strange, it should NOT still be shaking, contact AppliancePartsPros and have them exchange them, they must be defective.

Jake

Nope, that's all it can be.

I've replaced many of these for my customers and it always fixed theirs.

Jake

so far there is no fix i contacted appliance parts pro via email they said that the rods couldn't be bad and to check my drive belt and hub. both of which are fine. i see there are several posts with the same issue where the suspension rods did not fix this i will keep posted as i learn more

Then the only other thing it could possibly be is the suspension frame the shocks hang from is possibly bent, this is extremely rare to ever see happen. I've replaced many of these shocks and it always FIXED it for my customers.

Here's the threads with the shock part number in it: https://www.applianceblog.com/mainforums/search/104019/?q=W11130362&o=relevance

You can seen lots are marked FIXED, but yes some are not marked FIXED because lots of folks don't come back to update us, so we never know the outcome either way.

Jake

Excellent CJ, glad to hear that.(y)

Thanks for the update!
