Washer works fine, drains fine, but when it spins, it struggles. Spins real slow, 3 or 4 times but it sounds like it's really struggling to do it. The error diagnostic says it's off balance but I'm not sure how that is. Belt underneath looks good. Any suggestions? I haven't taken it apart yet. Afraid to until I know which direction to look.

Put it in RINSE/SPIN without clothes in it and make a video for us so we can see how slow its spinning.

Here's a video. I hope you can hear it. Sounds like a car trying to start.

Thanks! Yes I heard it, check your hub to make sure the teeth are NOT worn down, if so, then that's the problem, order the hub.:)

Here's the hub for your model, its located underneath the agitator :
W10528947 Hub

Look at these photos below of the teeth grinded down to smooth. Let us know what you find.

Do you need to see a video on how to access the hub?
