Whirlpool WRF767SDHZ01 In-Door Ice Maker - Not Making Ice, Ice Melts in Door Bin

Purchased Refrigerator 15 months ago. Noticed over the weekend water dripping through the in door ice dispenser. Discovered the ice in the door bin was melting. Took out the remaining ice and it hasn't made any more. There is no freezer air blowing through the top ice maker into the bin. Went to test mode and tested the ice maker (E2). Also tested the ice box fan.

I can turn the ice box fan on manually in test mode but when I leave test mode and go back to regular mode - no freezer air flowing through. Did the fridge unplug reset - no change. I thought it might be a bad ice box fan but since I can turn it on manually, does that mean possibly a bad control board?

I'm attaching your tech. data sheet below.

DO--->Service Test - 37: Ice Box Thermistor
The board will check the resistance value of the thermistor and display the results on the Temp display (01 = pass, 02 = open, 03 = short).

If the Ice Box Thermistor passes, then yes, the main control board is the problem.
