I read through some threads, found the Training Pointer (can't figure out where Step 45 is). I'm sure the icemaker switch is "on," and I tried unplugging the refrigerator for 15 minutes; no joy.

I'm not seeing any other threads where the icemaker tray is in the "harvest" position (pointing almost downward), and won't budge. Anything come to mind that I should try?

Finally got up in there and figured out what I think was the problem. A wire somehow fell out of the clips retaining it in place, and it got hung up on the tray with every dump cycle, eventually breaking it. I repaired the wire with a butt connector, and I'm hopeful that was the problem.

Repair consisted of unplugging the refrigerator, removing the ice bucket, taking out the four screws that hold the panel behind the icemaker in place, disconnecting the power connector to the panel, and then repairing the parted wire.
