I have replaced the board and shift actuator and checked the hub and have found no issues or codes. I have even bought another machine that worked fine with a water leak the same model number for parts. I have done the recalibration auto and manual test and everything worked fine, but still 5 plus hours for normal wash cycle

Is washer filling with water at a reasonable rate? Check that screens on water inlet valve aren't clogged. Did you purchase the electronic control board from a reputable source? I sometimes get bad ones right out of factory sealed boxes.

Yes I did, even bought a complete washer that was working fine just had a leak for parts. Since I never use hot water, I crossed the water lines and solenoid wires to verify it wasn’t the fill conponants

You should use have hot water connected to your washer. There is a temperature sensor built into the water inlet valve and even if you set the temperature on cold, the computer will want to mix in a little bit of hot water.

I recommend NOT using cold all the time. We perform an extraordinary amount of bearing replacements and transmission replacements (these are expensive repairs) at our shop and 95% of those customers used only cold water. I'll postulate the problem lies in that straight cold water doesn't dissolve the detergent as well as warm water and leaves more detergent residue behind. Laundry detergent is very corrosive and it attacks everything: metal, plastic, stainless steel, rubber, etc. Once a seal goes bad internally, the bearings quickly go bad and an expensive repair follows. The savings of using only cold versus warm are negligible ~ $5 per year, but the risks is considerable.
