Whirlpool WTW5105HC Washer is locked and no response from control panel

We've had a few error codes in the last few weeks and have been able to clear them with the drain and spin option. We were doing laundry this morning (quick wash) and washer seemed to be stuck on spinning with 20 minutes on timer. (Would not get any less than that). So my wife paused the cycle and then it was "stuck" there. I unplugged washer to see if we could reset and now nothing when plugged back in. Control panel does not light up or do anything?

Any options to diagnose problem?

Now display won't come on but clicks back and forth locking and unlocking lid to washer

Hi, I've not run into this issue before on this model, hopefully another tech. that has can shed some light on this issue.

Other than that>ITS BEST You can contact Whirlpool at 1-866-698-2538 and have a tech come out, and if that tech doesn't know either, the tech can call the factory on a special FACTORY HOTLINE tech number from your house, and the factory can get involved in investigating.
