Hello, I desperately need help. My washer is around 6 years old

After frequently getting oe error code, I bought

4681EA2001T LG Drain Washer Pump https://a.co/d/9JZETBr

And replaced per direction. It took around 10 hours but issue iss till the same. I put it on quick wash and it comes to 12 minutes and keeps staying there eventually giving oe error code

Is the drain pump running or just humming?

I helped another person with this same error code OE and it was a bad drain pump, you may have receieved a defective drain pump if your getting 120 volts to it and its just humming and not running:

We have OE error at times.. However, if the machine is put into spin mode after getting the error, it then spins and drains. Does that mean the pump isn't the problem? Or does that not really indicate anything in particular? I just assumed if it was bad, it wouldn't drain when re-started...
