WM3470HVA Found LG front load washer leaking

Found LG front load washer leaking. Found hose split. Replaced hose up to y connect on cold water side. Started washer and hose started to bulge and leak on 3 inch section by hose y. Only part not replaced is the nozzle connection in washer drum. Yellow part shown in drum. Could this be the problem something plugged the nozzle? How do you get the nozzle out?

Hi, I haven't worked on this model and I tried to find the service manual, but no luck.

Hopefully another tech or member that's seen this happen and fixed it can shed some light on this issue.
