LG front loader model WM3670HRA, awful sound coming From bottom when draining, so I changed the drain pump impeller part 4681EA2001T, started the washer back up, humming sound at the beginning of cycle, went into wash, then no draining and got the oe error, so I check the drain hose in the back took off front panel again and checked underneath again (also I forgot to mention the screw out filter thing I take out and clean it as needed, and when I unscrew that all the water empties from the washer freely) I poured water in the drain hose and water poured out freely to the bottom where I unhooked it from the drain pump. So it seems the big hose underneath coming from the barrel and the drain hose are not clogged. What else would it be?

My husband also blew into the drain pipe and blew out whatever bit of water and air moved freely, there was no blockage

Is the new drain pump running or just humming?

Here's the drain pump for your model:
Drain Pump 4681EA2001T

I helped another person with this same error code OE and it was a bad drain pump, you may have receieved a defective drain pump if your getting 120 volts to it and its just humming and not running:

Like regular humming how a dishwasher may sound at the beginning,, I checked the little tube in the front beside the plastic filter and it had about 8” of sand and gravel dust packed in it from washing my husbands winter coveralls from doing some other work. I just did a test empty wash and then a load of towels and all is well, thank goodness!! Thanks for your response!
