Hello-
Back again for my semi annual help request. This time my LG front load WM4000HWA washer has decided to stop working today, merry Christmas to me right?
We were doing a load and noticed it was beeping continuously like it was turning on playing it’s little jingle while running. It finished the cycle but then would not power back on with the power button at all. I tried unplug/replug several times to no avail then I took the top off the unit. I found some YouTube videos about the noise filter and power cord, I verified both were good with a meter or so I thought. There is continuity between input/output on the noise filter and the fuse seems ok. When I plugged it back in suddenly I had power again.
I ran a cycle and it did the same symptoms, flickering/beeping on the display and then no power after the cycle finished.
Just wondering which parts I should order? The noise filter seems to be ok from my tests but it’s obviously cheaper than a new PCB and this unit has a secondary PCB called the display board. Thanks In advance and merry Christmas.
