FIXED WOC95EC0AS01 BUILT-IN ELECTRIC COMBO WALL OVEN - "feature not available" for oven

All the oven features (bake, broil, convect, hold warm) displays: "feature not available". Microwave works fine.

I tried to find the service manual online (please provide links). As I wanted to run the self diagnostic test.

I have not - yet - found the circuit breaker for the oven. It's not on the main panel for the house. So, I have emailed the guy who did the latest work on the electricity to ask, where the panel is.

Any suggestions for how to figure out the problem and solve it is higly appreciated. Thanks in advance!!!!

Main problem is SOLVED. Turning the power off for a minute and turning it back on did the trick.

Still looking for how to run the diagnostics test and get a service manual.

Hi,

Here's the parts list for your model: Whirlpool Oven/Microwave Combo Model WOC95EC0AS01 Parts

The service manual is nowhere to be found, except by authorized Whirlpool techs. that do Whirlpool warranty work.

But all appliances come with tech. data sheets, so look for it inside your appliance, it will be there. Unless the delivery installer stole it!

But now the door is permanently locked? I did turn the power off for about 30 seconds, but that did not resolve the problem. I am able to unlock by reaching in and manually pushing the hook to the left.

This problem just started happening out of the blue?

Solved. I tried (1) ran a full cycle of steam clean - did not unlock (2) pressed Cancel - did not unlock (3) started and canceled a full clean cycle - UNLOCKED.

I bought it from Sears. But it's over 2 years.

Yes the problems with the "Feature not available" and locked door just happened. It has been working fine. I used it regularly but not intensely.

I am not sure I ever checked if the door was locked while the "Feature not available" error occurred.
