WRF736SDAM11 ice maker replaced still not working

Replaced with new ice maker still not working have harvested twice thru service tests test 56 gives E-1 Error how do we fix it

I'm attaching the ice maker troubleshooting guide below.

Test 56. Enter the diagnostics and run step 56.
Possible Results:
E1- This code will come on when the Ice bin Thermistor is ABOVE 45 degrees for longer than 3 hours. This can be the result of a bad ice bin Thermistor or cooling issue. Use Test 37 to check the Thermistor.

Service test 37 passed. a thermometer left in the ice compartment where it should harvest from reads 10 degrees, any other ideas I what I can check?

OK, 10 degrees F. should be fine per that bulletin I posted above, any temp. reading below 16 degrees F should make the ice maker cycle.

Sounds like possibly you got a defective ice maker, where did you get it at?
