Hi there. I have a Whirlpool WRF767SDHZ00 French Door refrigerator. Ice is dispensed from the door and from the freezer. The door dispenser works fine (cubes all normal), but the bottom freezer won't dispense ice. The wire arm is in the ON position, there is an E0 result on test 56 (no error), and diagnostics 57, 58, and 59 run without errors; there just isn't any ice dispensed. The freezer temperature is a consistent 0 degrees.

I confirmed that there's water in the tray, so I think something is jammed. The refrigerator sits in an alcove so it's very hard to impossible to get behind it to unplug. (When I bought it, the doors had to be installed after it was set in place.) Any suggestions for troubleshooting? I'm thinking about using a hair dryer to partially melt the ice in the tray and hopefully clear any blockages. Thanks for feedback on this and for any other ideas.

Yes, I'd first remove the freezer ice maker and see if you got an ice cube jammed in the ejector arm fingers.

Here's the freezer ice maker for your model:

This video shows you how to remove and replace it:
